How we handle your waitlist details
This page covers the information we collect while Mallie is on the waitlist. Before Mallie starts calling your parent, we’ll explain separately how calls, transcripts and memory are handled.
What we keep
- Your name
- So we can write to you by name.
- Your mobile number
- It’s how we reach you about Mallie.
- Your email
- Only if you give it to us. It’s optional.
- Where your parent lives
- So we know which time zones and areas to launch in first.
- Your parent’s approximate age, whether they live alone, how often you check in and what worries you most
- To prepare the first call and focus on what matters in your case.
- Which ad or link brought you here
- The campaign details in the web address and the page you came from. They tell us which ads work.
- The browser you used
- To spot automated sign-ups and fix problems on specific phones.
What we use it for
To contact you about Mallie and set up the first call with your parent, and to understand which ads reach the families who need this. Nothing else.
We don’t sell your details, we don’t share them with anyone for advertising, and we don’t sign you up for a newsletter.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this page: Neon, which hosts the database, and Vercel, which hosts the site and gives us visit statistics. If we run ads on Meta, Meta receives a signal that someone completed the form, never your answers.
Your IP address
We don’t store it. We keep only an irreversible fingerprint of it for one hour, to stop automated programs from filling in the form hundreds of times.
How long we keep it
Until Mallie launches and you decide whether you want it, or until you ask us to delete it.
How to ask us to delete it
Email hola@heymila.care from the address you gave us, or tell us your mobile number. We delete your details and confirm. You can also ask for a copy of what we have about you.
